helpful staff central location faulty thermostat cold room

the staff was helpful (especially at reception). the hotel's location was definitely a plus, granting easy access to many places. i also appreciated the cleanliness.

the location worked out perfectly for exploring. the staff helped me quickly get to my room (i had a long day of travel). the room included a makeup mirror, which i found useful.

the breakfast pastries seemed stale. the ev charging bays were not clearly signed. i found the breakfast omelette contained uncooked peppers.

i found the location perfect, very central. staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. the room was spacious , and it had good amenities. i appreciated the option to choose my own pillows.

the lift service was a bit slow , and this sometimes led to longer waits.

my room featured a modern tv with chromecast functionality , and i could easily stream my own netflix. the heating system was effective , and it kept the room at a comfortable temperature. the room also included hot chocolate , tea and coffee.

I found the location convenient to explore many attractions. The room included a mini fridge, very useful. The breakfast buffet presented a wide variety of choices, including gluten-free options and fresh fruit. I also appreciated the availability of multiple elevators for easy access to all floors.

The in-room Wi-Fi signal was occasionally weak, disrupting my ability to stream videos.

I found the hotel easy to navigate. All staff were polite and helpful!!! The room was very nice. The bed was great, and I appreciated the complimentary water. Everything was super clean.

My room's view was not what I expected, but I enjoyed everything else!!!

central location, great facilities

central location relaxing option

the location is indeed central. it provided easy access to many sites. i had early check-in (a nice bonus!). the pool, steam room, and sauna were available for use, a relaxing option after a day of sightseeing. they offer nice extras, too (i liked the morning coffee and croissants).

the wifi was patchy in the room. it caused frequent drop-outs.

the breakfast buffet offered many options, from hot items, haggis, and potato scones to fruits and juices. it also included breads, pastries, and cereals (i thought the pancakes were excellent!). the quality surpassed expectations.
